Boat Bunkers International, a Florida-based manufacturer of an in-water mooring station that keeps boat hulls clean and eliminates the need for anti-fouling paints, established a strategic alliance with U.K.-based VersaDock International. VersaDock makes a line of modular flotation docks and drive-on docking stations.
Under the alliance, the Boat Bunkers product line will be available to existing and future VersaDock International distributors and dealers as a complementary offering to VersaDock customers.
“Boat Bunkers In-Water Mooring Stations are a perfect fit with VersaDock,” said Roy Ahern, a director of VersaDock International, in a statement. “They represent a very cost effective alternative boat-storage solution for vessels of virtually any size and they work extremely well with VersaDock’s floating dock systems.”
“This strategic alliance is an important step as we establish our international distribution network,” said Bruce Nelson, CEO of Boat Bunkers International. “VersaDock International has an excellent product line and has been extremely successful in establishing a first-class network of international waterfront equipment distributors and dealers.”
Boat Bunkers and VersaDock also will collaborate on new product development for the international market.
