Northrop & Johnson named Scott Carlson and Solenn de Braux as charter brokers.

Carlson has a captain's license and previously delivered boats up and down the Intracoastal Waterway between Miami and New York. He then spent four years working on the megayacht Harle, a Feadship, and upgraded to a 200-ton license during this time. He will be based in Fort Lauderdale.

De Braux joined the yachting industry 11 years ago and worked with Fraser Yachts for five years and Burgess in New York City for six years. She has worked as a crewmember and on the charter and sales side of the business, having been a charter broker for the last eight years. De Braux will be based in France.
