Loggerhead marinas join BoatUS program

All 13 Loggerhead marinas, from Daytona Beach, Fla., to Miami, are now part of the BoatUS Cooperating Marina Program.

That means boaters looking to save on fuel and dockage can join BoatUS and get a 10 percent member discount on overnight slip fees at the marinas and enjoy a 10-cent discount per gallon of gas at all locations with fuel.

Loggerhead offers more than 3,000 slips. Its amenities include captain’s lounges and concierge and repair services, as well as virtual offices with fax, e-mail and shipping services. All are Clean Marina-certified, and some offer on-site restaurants and bars, pools and ship’s stores.

There’s also a benefit to Loggerhead slip holders: they can join BoatUS at the special cooperating member rate of $15 annually.
