Atlantic Meeco completes Tennessee marina renovations

Atlantic Meeco completed a major dock replacement and expansion at the Fort Loudon Marina in Lenoir City, Tenn.

The expansion included 925 feet of new dock with 91 covered slips of various sizes, according to the company.

Atlantic Meeco’s team handled the design, construction and installation of the project and fast-tracked the installation to minimize inconvenience to the boat owners whose slips were being replaced and whose boats were at temporary docks. The initial dock structure and extra crews arrived in early January to expedite the installation, and the new dock was fully operational by the end of March.

“We chose Atlantic Meeco because of the exceptional quality of their designs, materials and craftsmanship and the fact that they always go the extra mile for us,” Fort Loudon Marina general manager Bret King said in a statement. “Our desired roof design presented some unique challenges, and even though we requested many design revisions their design team made them quickly and still met our completion date.”
