Dealer conference announces 2012 seminars

Track sessions were recently announced for this year's Marine Dealer Conference & Expo, set to take place Nov. 11-14 in Orlando, Fla.

A track called “You’ve Got Questions; We’ve Got Answers” will seek to show how to increase business and profits while improving the overall health of a dealership.

A seminar called “Benchmark Your Marina’s Performance,” set for Nov. 13, will help marina owners conduct step-by-step analyses of their operations, including benchmarking data to help measure and improve the health of the operations.

“While marine retailers have access to benchmarking data to guide them in their dealership operations, a similar set of data has not been available to most marine operations,” conference organizers said in a statement.

The final session announced is “Service Pros Answer Your Toughest Questions.”
