Deadline nears for Interlux grant applications

Community organizations have until Sept. 2 to apply for a 2012 Interlux Waterfront Challenge award.

Interlux will award a total of $50,000 in October to organizations to create sustainable waterfront environmental improvements in their communities. Eight awards, ranging from $4,500 to $20,000, will be made to groups in the United States, Canada and the Caribbean.
