Fontaine Design Group revamps website

The Fontaine Design Group launched a redesigned website that the Rhode Island-based firm said has vivid images and pages that are easy to navigate.

In the About Us section at www.fontainedesigngroup.com, president Ted Fontaine discusses naval architecture. Under Our Designs, each design has its own page with specifications and pictures that can be enlarged for better viewing.

The firm said yacht designer, yacht builder and client comments are often included in the summaries and offer insight on the ocean cruisers.

The firm said the New Designs section of the website will show drawings and specifications for yachts that are imagined.

The firm also created a Log Book where yachting stories and tips can be shared. The forum is open to comments and guest writers and will often feature input from Fontaine describing his latest project or design ideas.
