Furrion adds distribution center in U.K.

Furrion says its new distribution center in the United Kingdom will speed deliveries of the company’s goods, which include shore-power and audio-visual products, to customers in the U.K. and Europe.

At the start of the 2012 Marine Equipment Trade Show in Amsterdam the marine electrical products manufacturer announced the opening of a distribution center in Howden to improve service to customers in the U.K. and Europe.

“For our customers in the U.K. and across the continent our new facility in Howden will mean faster deliveries, fixed transportation costs and reduced costs overall,” Furrion’s Mark Curry said in a statement.
