Greek marine OEM announces acquisitions

Greece-based marine and safety equipment manufacturer Lalizas acquired Nuova Rade, Lofrans’, Max Power and Ocean.

The company announced the acquisitions in a statement that also thanked customers for understanding a product shortage.

“Time is definitely not an ally and we will definitely be working in getting the production back on track as soon as possible in order to supply our customers for the forthcoming season,” the company announced.

Lalizas said the acquired companies have relaunched their operations and production.
