Moody AC 41 honored as top cruising boat

The Moody AC 41 was named "Boat of the Year" in the category of mid-sized cruiser by Cruising World.

The design includes short overhangs, a straight bow, a spacious stern, a large cockpit with twin wheels, a modern sail plan with a large mainsail and self-tacking jib and an option of a large genoa.

Since 2007, the models of the Moody Aft Cockpit range have been produced in Greifswald, Germany. With the Moody AC 41, the Hanse Group is displaying the latest of these yachts that combine craftsmanship and technology.

Since 2007, Hanse Yachts has been setting new standards in the Moody tradition: standard use of epoxy; innovative production techniques, such as the use of a 5-axis milling machine; and its individual cabin system.
