West Marine schedules product-review day

West Marine will hold a new-product review day on March 8 at the company’s Watsonville, Calif.-based support center.

The event allows prospective inventors and vendors to pitch new products to West Marine category managers for consideration and the chance to be sold in West Marine retail stores and through its other channels, including www.westmarine.com.

“West Marine is eager to meet innovators of new boating, fishing and sailing gear,” West Marine executive vice president Ron Japinga said in a statement.

“Our New Product Review Day presents a unique opportunity for vendors and inventors to meet personally with West Marine. We always look forward to this event and are excited to see great new boating and fishing products for our customers.”
