Web page offers updates on Sandy-damaged facilities

Waterway Guide, BoatUS and the Association of Marina Industries are joining forces to give boaters access to current updated information about marinas, facilities and inlets along the storm-affected coast of New Jersey and New York.

More than 200 marinas and other facilities have responded to the Superstorm Sandy Resource Page. Waterway Guide, BoatUS and the AMI will continue to reach out to facilities, boaters, the Coast Guard and other boating interests for new information as the season gets under way.

The Superstorm Sandy Update Page includes:

• The most current information on rebuilding of marinas and marine facilities

• The latest changes to aids to navigation

• Plans for channel dredging and reconstruction

• Links to detailed facility information
