The National Marine Manufacturers Association submitted a letter to New York Gov. David Paterson, outlining reasons to reconsider a proposed tax in boats more than $200,000.

United States Yacht Shows says the city of Annapolis, Md. has approved its use of the City Dock and adjacent Susan Campbell Park to conduct the annual U.S. Sailboat Show and U.S. Powerboat Show through 2014.
