The Mifsud Group, a private investment and management group, recently acquired the assets of Corsa Performance Exhausts and Gil Marine, JB Design Inc., a premium performance exhaust manufacturer in Berea, Ohio.

Brunswick releases 4Q numbers

A 50 percent drop in marine sales for the fourth quarter of 2008 contributed to Brunswick Corp.’s 42 percent decline in total sales for the period, the company reported today.

Groups launch trailer certification effort

The NMMA’s Trailer Certification program and the National Association of Trailer Manufacturers are launching an effort enabling boat-trailer makers to achieve NMMA Certification and NATM Compliance Inspections in a single visit by an NATM Inspector.
