Carefree Boat Club focused on member retention during its 16th annual conference Feb. 27-March 1 at the Grove Resort and Spa in Orlando, Fla.
Owners from 58 of its 70 locations attended the event, and Carefree CEO Doug Zimmerman and chief information officer Frank Fahringer delivered addresses on retention and expansion.
The event “provides a time of education, friendship, and rejuvenation for our club owners, propelling them to success in the year ahead,” said chief technical officer Mike Prince in a statement.
The conference also covered sharing best practices and roundtable discussions focused on various specific topics.
The three-day meeting wrapped up with an awards banquet.
