Global Ocean Security Technologies said it has released the new high-definition Mini-Ball 1080P and Mini-Dome PTZ 1080P high-resolution cameras.
Only 2.4 inches in diameter, the next-generation GOST Mini-Ball 1080P camera features 2-megapixel resolution, GOST said.
The company said the Mini-Ball 1080P is now the standard camera in all GOST Watch HD XVR packages, GOST Apparition XVR packages and GOST Phantom XVR packages.
The company said the new GOST Mini-Dome PTZ 1080P exterior/interior camera is only 4.8 inches in diameter and features all-new pan/tilt/zoom capabilities with a 4x optical zoom lens and a high-performance sensor.
“Our cameras and complementary live streaming video and storage systems have been responsible for hundreds of captured photos and video used to document onboard events, provide awareness of a vessel’s status and solve major police investigations,” Brian Kane, the company’s chief technology officer, said in a statement.
