The facility is on Narragansett Bay at the mouth of Warwick Cove and includes 202 slips, an indoor event space that can accommodate 800 guests, an outdoor restaurant and bar, a swimming pool, and a nine-hole golf course.
“Monument Marine Group is … fulfilling our objective to establish a strong presence in the Rhode Island boating market while continuing our expansion on the East Coast of the United States,” managing director Tom Wood said in a statement. “Monument is committed to providing boaters and communities with unmatched amenities that enhance waterfront recreational experiences.”
Oasis Marinas, a marina hospitality company with a portfolio of more than 55 properties, will be responsible for operations. Harbor Lights Marina has around 100 employees, who will be retained with the acquisition, according to Monument Marine Group.
“The Noel family is pleased with our accomplishment in developing Harbor Lights over the past 11 years,” said Joe Noel. It is now time to let another team expand upon the foundation we have built.”
