The National Marine Electronics Association announced that it will hold its annual Conference & Expo Sept. 18-22 at the DoubleTree Hilton Hotel in Orlando, Fla.
“I am happy to see the NMEA Conference & Expo return to Florida, central to the largest boating market in the United States,” Mark Reedenauer, NMEA president and executive director, said in a statement. “This year, our event will feature manufacturers once again doing in-person technical training, and in some cases, this is the only venue and location that in-person training will be done this year.”
The conference will include 20 NMEA manufacturer technical training sessions in one- and two-hour time slots. There will also be more than 10 education tracks on subjects that include business practices, installation, technology and opportunities in the field for military veterans.
NMEA is also offering full-day marine electronics installer courses.
