Iridium Communications, based in Bethesda, Md., reported its fourth-quarter results for the period ending Dec. 31, 2009.
Net loss for the fourth quarter was $4.7 million compared with net income of $1.5 million for the fourth quarter of 2008. This partially reflects $17 million of expenses related to purchase price accounting adjustments, net of tax, relating to the GHL Acquisition Corp. transaction.
