Sailfish Boats yesterday announced that it added two dealers to its network. TPG Yacht Sales in Jamestown, R.I., and Groton, Conn., and Cape Romaine Marine in McClellanville, S.C., will represent the builder’s full lineup.
“Dealers are at the heart of an OEM, and we have the best at Sailfish,” CEO Rob Parmentier said in a statement. “The addition of these dealers, along with our current dealer partners, are a reflection of the brand and their respective markets to appreciate the quality and affordability of our boats, solidifying the efforts the team in Cairo is putting in every day and in every boat we build.”
Added Cape Romain Marine owner Ross Giovannucci: “They are priced right, giving you a boat that is packed with features, strength, quality and shear dock appeal that stands out for the traditionally pricier boats. They are the right balance of fishing and family that works perfectly in our waters. Finally, their understanding of how to work with a dealer as a partner is refreshing.”
Eric Bradley, vice president of marina operations for TPG Marinas, said that the company will display five Sailfish boats at the Newport International Boat Show, scheduled for Sept. 11-14.
“We are excited to reintroduce Sailfish into the thriving boating ecosystem that exists here in Rhode Island and Connecticut, and look forward to officially kick things off with our first five boats at the Newport International Boat Show,” Bradley said in the statement.
