After three-plus decades of leadership and more than 15 years as president and CEO, Jim Ruffolo has transitioned to chairman of Burger Boat Co. Nick Siler was appointed president and CEO, having held senior and executive roles at Modine Manufacturing Co., Bradley Corp. and, most recently, Enercon Industries Corp.
“Burger has built its reputation on craftsmanship, innovation and strong relationships,” chairman Jim Ruffolo said in a statement. “These leadership appointments position us to deepen our capabilities, expand our reach and strengthen our ability to deliver exceptional vessels in every segment we serve.”
The new executive leadership team includes Rich Thompson, chief sales and marketing officer, and David Villar, chief operating officer. Tom Connor, a 20-plus-year Burger veteran, will continue as chief financial officer in the new team structure, the statement said.
