RIB manufacturer Fluid Marine announced the appointment of J. Charles Herbert as regional sales manager. Herbert will be responsible for developing and executing regional sales strategies, expanding distribution channels and supporting key accounts. He will also play a central role in strengthening Fluid Marine’s presence among first responders and government agencies.
“Charles brings a unique combination of industry knowledge, customer focus and strategic sales leadership,” Fluid executive vice president Tony Van Meter said in a statement. “His experience in both recreational and commercial marine markets positions him perfectly to help drive our next phase of growth.”
Herbert has two-plus decades of experience in the marine industry, including a track record of driving sales growth, developing dealer networks and building customer relationships across North America, the statement said.
