Vision Marine today announced the retirement of Roger Moore, founder of its Florida-based dealership Nautical Ventures. Moore steps down from executive responsibilities and day-to-day management following the completion of the integration phase associated with Vision’s June 2025 acquisition of Nautical Ventures.
“Roger Moore built an extraordinary organization and established one of the most respected marine dealership networks in North America,” Vision CEO Alexandre Mongeon said in a statement. “His entrepreneurial vision, commitment to customer service and passion for boating created a business that has become a cornerstone of Florida’s marine industry.”
Nautical Ventures will continue to be managed by the existing operational team under the oversight of Vision Marine’s executive leadership.
