The International BoatBuilders’ Exhibition and Conference announced new super sessions and special events.
The sessions, hosted by exhibiting companies and industry associations, will offer in-depth training and topic-specific learning. They will run Sept. 29-30, prior to the opening of the IBEX exhibit halls on Oct. 1.
Among the 10 super sessions being offered at IBEX, the National Marine Manufacturers Association will host the full-day session titled, “Challenges and Solutions in Workforce Development.”
The Association of Marina Industries will host two super sessions: Marinas 101 and the Tampa Area Marina and Boatyard Tour.
Other sessions will be hosted by the American Boat Builders & Repairers Association, the American Boat and Yacht Council, AIRMAR, CZone, the National Marine Electronics Association, WEST SYSTEM, and the Society of Naval Architects and Marine Engineers.
“Our education conference is a big part of what draws visitors to IBEX,” said show director Anne Dunbar in a statement. “The broad range of seminars, super sessions, and special events provide an outstanding opportunity for marine professionals to increase their understanding of the latest developments in their field.”
