Entries are now open for the 2025 DAME Design Awards. Now in its 34th year, the competition is open to all Metstrade exhibitors and offers international recognition to products that advance accessibility, sustainability and enjoyment in boating.
Entry fees from this year’s competition will benefit the Ocean Conservation Trust, a U.K.-based nonprofit dedicated to marine habitat restoration and education.
“We rely on generous donations like this to continue our vital work, restoring precious seagrass habitats, advancing marine conservation and connecting people with the ocean,” Ian McFazden, CEO of the Ocean Conservation Trust, said in a statement.
The deadline for submissions is Sept. 19, with products required to arrive in Amsterdam by Oct. 6. Winners will be announced during the show’s Nov. 18 opening at RAI Amsterdam. Metstrade is scheduled for Nov. 18-20.
