The American Boat Builders & Repairers Association is offering its popular marine service management course in September.
The next course is scheduled for Sept. 10-13 at Roscioli Yachting Center in Fort Lauderdale.
ABBRA’s instructors present participants with pointers in such non-technical topics as human-resource development, financial controls, customer relations, codes and standards, marketing and sales.
The course is also a prerequisite to obtain ABBRA’s Certified Marine Service Manager designation.
The fee for ABBRA or International Marina Institute members is $1,749. The fee for non-members is $2,249.
