Annapolis Yacht Sales named Bill Tilghman director of sales. Tilghman will be responsible for team leadership, driving revenue, streamlining sales processes and general management.
Tilghman brings more than 25 years of sales and management experience to the firm, having worked for several organizations, including the Corporate Executive Board and the Nasdaq Stock Market. He helped develop Compass Languages from a startup into a million-dollar business. He is also a chartered financial analyst.
“We are extremely excited to have Bill join the AYS team as director of sales,” Rob Taishoff, CEO and principal of AYS said in a statement. “He brings with him a wealth of experience and will surely be a key addition to our team of directors.”
