The Lake Norman Carefree Boat Club in North Carolina was recognized as the nation’s leading Carefree Boat Club at the company’s annual conference.
The 4-year-old company beat 30 other Carefree Boat Clubs, based on customer service, sales leadership and corporate and affiliate support.
In addition to the 2013 Boat Club of the Year award, the Lake Norman boat club also received the 2013 Customer Service Award and the 2013 Sales Performance Award. The company won the Customer Service Award for the second year in a row.
“We are honored and humbled to receive these awards among the many successful Carefree Boat Clubs,” Lake Norman Carefree Boat Club sales and marketing director John Gillette said in a statement. “We are also extremely thankful that for a second year our members feel our team provides such a high level of customer service.”
