The Marina at Resorts World Bimini joined the IGY network as its 14th yachting destination.

Located in the Bahamas just 48 nautical miles off the coast of South Florida, the 230-slip marina welcomes vessels as large as 180 feet with a 10-foot draft and is part of the Resorts World Bimini, a 750-acre resort that features residences, a casino and a new marina hotel scheduled for completion this fall.

Amenities at the marina include an open-air lounge, a bait and tackle shop, laundry service, a fitness center, a grocery and liquor store, and showers and restrooms.

There are six onsite restaurants, outdoor shopping and dining options, two pools, a beach club, a children’s center, tennis courts and the Resorts World Bimini Casino and Sports Book.

“Resorts World Bimini is a world-class destination that fits perfectly into the IGY marina network. We are excited to now have a location in the Bahamas,” IGY Marinas real estate and business development vice president Eric Simonton said in a statement. “The Marina at Resorts World Bimini will be an extremely popular destination and stopover point for our clientele, and it is with great anticipation and excitement that we welcome this fantastic destination to the IGY network.”

With the addition of the Marina at Resorts World Bimini, IGY Marinas now features 14 destinations in eight countries, totaling more than 2,000 slips under management, with nearly 400 slips catering to megayachts.
