PHOTO COURTESY MARINEMAXMarineMax has formed a new Superyacht Division. It will combine Fraser Yachts, Northrop & Johnson, Fairport Yacht Management, SuperYacht Management and Atalanta Golden Yachts under one umbrella.
The division will combine the back-office functions for MarineMax’s superyacht brands into one global support structure. Human resources, accounting, finance, legal and compliance, marketing, video and image production, business intelligence and technology will all be integrated into one organization.
Daniel Ziriakus has been named group chief operating officer and executive vice president and Alessandra Nenci is group chief financial officer and executive vice president.

Ziriakus has spent 18 years in the yachting industry including stints with Fraser Yachts and Camper & Nicholson’s International. For the past decade, he has overseen Northrop & Johnson’s expansion to become the largest U.S. superyacht brokerage.
Nenci joined Fraser Yachts in 2013 and became chief financial officer in 2017. She had an international career in corporate finance and mergers and acquisitions. Her experience in the yachting industry started in 2006 with the Perini Group, followed by time with Gruppo Baglietto and Heesen Yachts.
