MarineMax said it appointed Beth Garland senior vice president of people strategy.
Garland has 25 years of experience in human resources, MarineMax said in a statement yesterday.
CEO Brett McGill said Garland will use her strategic skills to help grow MarineMax globally. She brings management and leadership and experience, as well as cross-functional team building, he said.
Garland is a frequent public speaker and is a board member for the American Cancer Society in Southwest Florida.
