MarineMax said Paulee Coughlin Day, the company’s executive vice president, chief legal officer and assistant secretary, was elected to the board of the Florida Chamber of Commerce.
“I believe strongly in the Florida Chamber’s mission of uniting Florida’s business community and making Florida more competitive,” Day said in a statement. “And I look forward to the opportunity of promoting those initiatives as a member of the board of directors and through my work at MarineMax.”
Day has been with MarineMax since January 2003. Prior to joining MarineMax, she was vice president, general counsel and secretary at Maxxim Medical from May 1999 to November 2002.
Day is a Florida attorney licensed to practice law for the last 20 years, a member of the Florida Bar, the Association of Corporate Counsel and the Florida Yacht Brokers Association.
