MarineMax this week announced the appointment of Dale Hardison as general manager of its Wrightsville Beach, N.C., location. He previously worked at MarineMax Lake Ozark, one of the company’s top 10 stores in 2024.
“I am excited to continue our growth trajectory in the Wilmington market with Dale and the rest of the team,” MarineMax regional president TJ Rose said in a statement. “Please join me in congratulating Dale Hardison as the new general manager for Wrightsville Beach.”
Prior to joining MarineMax, Hardison spent more than 20 years in leadership roles with major
automotive dealership groups across the Midwest.
