OneWater Marine acquired a majority interest in Quality Boats, expanding its presence on Florida’s west coast.
“Their significant presence in one of the hottest boating markets in the U.S. and commitment to quality are just a few of the reasons why Quality Boats is an award-winning dealership group and a fantastic fit for the OneWater family,” CEO Austin Singleton said in a statement.
Founded in 1973, the dealership has four locations in the Sunshine State: Clearwater, Clearwater Beach, Englewood and Sarasota. It was recognized this year as the No. 1 dealer worldwide for Grady-White and Pursuit, and No. 2 worldwide for Regal and Tiara. Annual sales are expected to be $140 million.
