Bauza also sits on the Zumiez and Destination XL Group boards of directors, and the board of managers of Claire’s Stores. She is an advisor to RoundTable Healthcare Partners, a private equity firm focused on the healthcare industry, and has held senior positions at Fanatics, HSN and Walmart.
“Carmen is a seasoned executive with global retail experience and a proven track record of consistently driving growth through omni-channel marketing strategies, product innovation and digitalization,” OneWater chairman John Schraudenbach said in a statement. “We look forward to benefitting from Carmen’s valuable insights and expertise as we continue to execute on our growth strategy and deliver value for our shareholders.”
Bauza will also serve on OneWater’s audit and compensation committees with her fellow board members.
