OneWater Marine announced that it completed the acquisition of Harbor View Marine, which has a marina with a dry-stack storage in Pensacola, Fla., and a roadside dealership in Orange Beach, Ala.
“The acquisition strengthens our presence in the Gulf Coast market and expands our portfolio with [Harbor View’s] suite of iconic brands and full-service offerings,” OneWater CEO Austin Singleton said in a statement.
OneWater Marine now operates 100 retail locations, 12 distribution centers/warehouses, and multiple online outlets in 20 states.
