Atlanta-based OneWater Marine Holdings announced it acquired Texas Marine, which has served the state’s southeast market since 1981 and had 2017 total revenues approaching $40 million.
Mike Hebert and his team will continue to lead operations under the Texas Marine name. Terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.

We believe they are a perfect complement and will be an immediate contributor to our portfolio of dealerships.”

Texas Marine will continue to operate its locations in Beaumont, Conroe and Clearlake.
