OneWater Marine announced it is acquiring Harbor View Marine, one of the Gulf Coast’s largest locally owned dealerships.
Harbor View is a family-owned and operated business with a marina location in Pensacola, Fla., and a roadside operation in Orange Beach, Ala. The dealership, whose brands include NauticStar, Jeanneau, G3 and Bayliner, has generated around $21 million in the past 12 months, OneWater said in a statement.
“Harbor View Marine brings aboard a suite of iconic brands and a loyal, local following,” OneWater CEO Austin Singleton said in the statement. “OneWater’s focus on strategic growth remains steadfast and parallels our customers’ desire to explore new products and brands.”
The transaction is expected to close in the first quarter of fiscal 2023.
