Southern Marinas Holdings II announced in a statement its purchase of three resort properties: Four Corners Yacht Club and RV Park in Antioch, Tenn.; Cedar Creek Marina in Mount Juliet, Tenn.; and Harbortown Marina on the Atlantic Coast of Florida.
The Tennessee marinas are in the greater Nashville area: Cedar Creek on Old Hickory Lake and Four Corners on J. Percy Priest Lake. Both will be adding slips for the 2022 season.

“We are very excited to welcome these two best-in-class recreational properties to the Southern Marinas’ platform and to continue to expand our presence in one of the Country’s most dynamic regions,” Gary Rosmarin, principal with Southern Marinas, said in a statement.

The company also acquired Harbortown Marina, a full-service facility with deep-water access to the Atlantic between the Indian and Banana rivers on Florida’s east coast.

“The purchase of Harbortown marks our re-entry into the flourishing Florida boating scene and is the perfect addition to our rapidly growing portfolio,” Mitch Jones, principal with Southern Marinas, said in a statement.
Southern Marinas made eight acquisitions in 2021, operating properties in Florida, Idaho, Missouri, North Carolina, Tennessee and Washington.
