World Cat, a manufacturer of offshore fishing catamarans, held its 2018 model year dealer meeting last week in New Bern, N.C., and handed out awards for its top dealers for the 2017 model year.
Unique Marine of Tavernier, Fla., earned Dealer of the Year honors, narrowly edging out Power Catamarans of South Florida in Fort Lauderdale. Travis Giordan, of Power Catamarans of South Florida, won Top Salesperson of the Year for the seventh time. Chad Armstrong, of Unique Marine, finished second for individual sales followed by Mike Sfura, of Sara Bay Marina in Sarasota, Fla., in third.
“We’re extremely proud of all of our dealers and their respective sales forces and service teams,” World Cat CEO Andrew Brown said in a statement. “They work hard to represent us, and it’s an honor to get together to celebrate their efforts and achievements. Travis has been one of the champions for our brand for many years, and Chad Armstrong was right up there with him. We just cannot say enough great things about these guys.”
Six dealers were honored with Million Dollar Round Table Awards and nine earned Top CSI/Five Star Service Awards.
