Firecrown Media, the parent of Soundings Trade Only and other titles, announced a realignment within its marine division.
Wade Luce — group publisher of Anglers Journal, Power & Motoryacht, PassageMaker and Yachts International — will also take on publisher responsibilities for Sail magazine. And Michele J. Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, will take over as publisher of Soundings magazine.
“As Firecrown continues to expand its presence in the marine sector, we remain committed to recognizing and promoting talent from within,” Glenn Sandridge, president of Firecrown’s marine group, said in a statement. “Wade and Michele bring a wealth of publishing experience and deep-rooted industry relationships. Their leadership will bring cohesion, innovation and growth to our portfolio of trusted marine publications.”
Firecrown publishes more than 50 publications in the marine, aviation and hobby markets. The company is headquartered in Chattanooga, Tenn.
