The International Council of Marine Industry Associations announced that nominations are open for the ICOMIA Marinas Group Golden Cleat Awards. The program is held every two years at the ICOMIA World Marinas Conference and is designed to promote excellence and leadership in the marina segment.
The awards are given to an individual who has shown lifetime dedication to the marina industry, and an individual who has demonstrated leadership in sustainability and innovation in the marina industry.
“Nominations are welcomed from all members, not just those in the ICOMIA Marinas Group, and you can nominate one person for either one or both awards. Alternatively, you can nominate two people, one for each award, making sure to include your second nomination in the section at the bottom of the form,” ICOMIA said in a statement.
The closing date for applications is July 31. An award ceremony will be held at the World Marinas Conference in Venice, Italy, which is scheduled for Oct. 15-17. For more information, visit the ICOMIA survey page.
