Registration for Soundings Trade Only’s 1+1 Mentoring Program runs through May 31, with meetings taking place June 13-23. The program connects individuals at the start of their boating careers with industry leaders for one-on-one conversations.
A virtual kickoff event June 13 will feature keynote speaker and brand strategist Lauren Jones, founder and CEO of Brand by Boudica.
“My advice is to register to meet with your preferred leader and be prepared with subjects, challenges or projects you wish to discuss, maximizing your time with them,” Michele Goldsmith, vice president and general manager of the Soundings Trade Only Group, said in a statement. “Each participant may engage in up to three sessions. Respecting the leaders’ generous contribution of time, insights, experience and expertise, we ask that you refrain from solicitation during the meetings. Our goal is to forge connections that support newcomers in their career journey while offering industry leaders insights into the needs and aspirations of those embarking on their professional paths.”
