U.K.-based Williams Jet Tenders recently launched its 10,000th tender.
“To launch our 10,000th tender is a momentous occasion for everyone involved with the brand,” sales director Mathew Hornsby said in a statement. “We’re proud of what we’ve achieved, and it’s all down to our amazing colleagues and customers, but trust me when I say this is only just the beginning.”
Brothers Mathew and John Hornsby, along with business partner Roy Parker, launched their first jet-driven RIB in 2002. Its success led to the creation of a new generation of jet tenders.

Williams offers 13 models in five ranges from 9 to 22 feet, and is looking toward expansion. Earlier this year, the company announced a $1.36 million investment its 80,000-square-foot plant to accommodate new, larger models. It will dedicate the area to its EvoJet line.
When the expansion is completed, Williams said it will be able to produce more than 1,000 tenders a year. The new space also expands its closed-molding capabilities.
