ADP Lightspeed hires director for new department

ADP Lightspeed hired Todd Smith as director of learning and development, a new department in the company.

Smith will work at ADP Lightspeed’s headquarters in Salt Lake City.

Before joining ADP, Todd Smith worked at American Express as the global director of learning and performance of business travel.

“We are thrilled to have Todd join the ADP Lightspeed family,” ADP Lightspeed general manager Greg Smith said in a statement. “We see a need for more than just dealership training classes, but rather dealership learning solutions that meet our dealers where they are. Todd will do great things here at ADP Lightspeed in helping dealerships within all our markets see the benefits in developing best practices.”
