Transducer manufacturer Airmar Technology appointed Anita Hatherley director of global operations planning and supply chain.
Hatherley has more than 30 years of experience in the marine industry, having previously held operational management positions at Navico and Raymarine.
Sensor manufacturer Airmar said Hatherley will develop strategies for supply-chain and logistics execution with a focus on improving customer satisfaction.
“With her broad experience in operations, she will be identifying and implementing best practices to align our supply chain, logistics and production activities,” CEO Steve Boucher said in a statement. “One of Airmar’s immediate objectives is to significantly increase our production capacity and output; Anita will be instrumental in getting us there.”
