Ancasta Group added to its senior leadership team with the appointment of Rob Seabourne to the new position of group brokerage manager. Having rejoined Ancasta in May, Seabourne will work with brokerage teams across the group to support performance, share best practices, identify new opportunities and further strengthen Ancasta’s position within the preowned-boat market.
“This is an important appointment for Ancasta as we continue to invest in our brokerage business across both the U.K. and Europe,” sales director Stuart Brotherton said in a release.
Seabourne has held a variety of brokerage and new-boat-sales roles, including positions in Ancasta’s Hamble, Brighton and Dartmouth U.K. sales offices.
