Ancasta International Boat Sales has restructured its sales team in response to business growth. The strategic internal promotions and new appointments will enhance operational efficiency and market presence, a company statement said.

“This is an exciting time for Ancasta as we continue to build on our success and strengthen our position in the industry,” Nick Griffith, managing director of Ancasta Group, said in the statement. “The growing demand for our diverse selection of world-class power and sail brands has presented a valuable opportunity to refine and enhance our sales operations, ensuring they are as agile and effective as possible.”

Among the changes:

  • Stuart Brotherton has been promoted to sales network director, assuming responsibility for the management and development of Ancasta’s 22 brokerage offices across the UK and Europe.
  • James Douch succeeds Brotherton as Beneteau Sail brand manager.
  • Sam Room will oversee Beneteau Power brand management.
  • Oliver Windsor will be the Lymington brokerage office manager.

Ancasta is currently recruiting a new sales broker for the Port Hamble office, as well as additional sales brokers to strengthen its teams at Port Solent and Noss on Dart.
