Italian builder Apreamare said its 2022 order book will more than double by year’s end.

Apreamare said in a statement that it said it sold 30 units of the Gozzo 35 and will debut the Gozzo 45 at the Cannes Yachting Festival. The Gozzo 35 debuted about 18 months ago and is now the best seller in the range, the company said.

“Our shipyard … has responded to the latest commercial challenges with great strength, relying on important designers to offer an increasingly demanding clientele new and creative answers,” said Rita Pollio, CEO of Apreamare. “From 2020, the year in which Gozzo 35 was presented, a triple-digit percentage growth is expected by the end of 2022, with a remarkable number of contracts already in the order book.”

Construction of the Gozzo 45 is “proceeding smoothly,” the statement said. The Maestro 88 is will become the new flagship of the Maestro line and the Apreamare fleet.
