Allied Strategic Partners, a Dallas-based private asset management firm, announced that it acquired Prairie Creek Marina on Beaver Lake in Rogers, Ark., its second marina purchase in 30 days. ASP’s Blue Harbor Management subsidiary will oversee operations.

“Prairie Creek Marina is truly a beautiful location with fantastic amenities and tremendous potential,” Blue Harbor vice president of operations Tara Dwyer said in a statement. “It is the perfect addition to our growing portfolio of premier marinas.”

Prairie Creek has 750 wet slips and 45 PWC ports, along with boat rentals, a ship’s store, gas and diesel pumps, and a restaurant. Located on the western shore of Beaver Lake, it is five miles from downtown Rogers and the closest marina to the northwest Arkansas metro area.

ASP acquired the nearly 60-year-old marina for $30 million in an off-market transaction, according to reporting by The Dallas Express.

The ASP/Blue Harbor portfolio now includes properties in Alabama, Arkansas, Georgia, Kansas, Tennessee, and Virginia, comprising approximately 3,200 slips, 80 RV sites and 30 cabins.
